Privacy policy

Short and honest: what data we keep, for how long, and how to delete it.

What data we store

• On the server: your Telegram ID, chosen language, your alerts (city, rental type, filters) and quiet-hours settings. Needed to send you notifications.
• On your device (localStorage): favourites and saved searches. We don't see them — they stay only with you.

How long we keep it

• Alerts and account — until you delete them.
• Night-notification buffer (quiet hours) — up to 3 days.
• A technical marker of shown listings — up to 60 days.
• Local data on your device — until you clear it.

AI listing breakdown

When you tap “✨ AI breakdown”, the listing text and your chosen language are sent to the provider Anthropic (Claude) for translation, a summary and a risk score. The answer is cached for up to a day.

We don't send your personal data to the AI and don't use your requests to train models.

What we do NOT collect

• Phone number, e-mail or payment details.
• Precise location.
• The content of your Telegram chats.

Your rights

• Delete your server data with the “Delete my data” button in the “Alerts” section. It also clears this device.
• Turn off notifications anytime with the /off command in the bot chat.
• Write to us about anything data-related.
