How is the score calculated?
We look at real places around the address: tram stops, railway stations (SKA), buses, shops, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens and parks. Kraków has no metro, so trams and trains form the transit backbone — without them a high score is out of reach. The total is a weighted sum where one weak category clearly drags the result down. Data: OpenStreetMap and Google.
Is smog taken into account?
Yes. The current air quality index from the nearest GIOŚ station lowers the overall score — especially relevant in Kraków with its winter smog. The penalty is shown as a separate line, not hidden in the average.
